An award-winning hairdresser, Michael is the main man behind Albert Park iconic Ibiza Hair salon. He gives 200% to the Ibiza team, the salon and his clients on a daily basis, comfortable in pushing himself to be better, whether in the salon, presenting or educating.

Michael has won over 140 National and International hairdressing awards, including AHFA Victorian Hairdresser of the Year 2 times, winning them both 2017 and 2022. He also won the 2015 I.H.S Hairdresser of the Year and Salon of the Year in 2016, the salon was a four-time Finalist in the prestigious Hair Expo Australia awards, with Salon Team of the Year, Victorian Hairdresser of the Year and Emerging Hairdresser of the Year finalist nominations personal to Michael and the team.

He has represented Team Australia in Cancun, Mexico for Farouk Systems, USA, Bright Side Guest Artist work in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Michael was also part of the Schwarzkopf Creative Team and lead the Brisbane fashion week as hair Director  and is a L'Oréal guest artist.

Michael's celebrity clientele is an impressive Who's who list, and has included names such as Belinda Carlise, Anthony Callea, Tim Campbell, Jacquie Blaze, Ricky Muscat, and Will Davidson. He has also worked on the hit TV Show The Block ,Sam Newman, Married at First sight stars, AFL Legends, Honda Race team,  and the famous Michael Franzese from America, Alyson Hannigan, Amy Acker, Candice King, Tom Hardy, Ralph Fiennes, Randy Couture, Jon Jones, Iris Kyle, Debi Laszewski ..... just to name a few.

Michael is also the Hair Director for the World Famous Arnold Classic whose owner Tony Doherty from Doherty's Gym hand picked Michael to look after all the athletes. The event is where hundreds of the worlds best athletes come and display their fitness around the globe.

His passion is hairdressing, a master craftsman in cutting, colouring and hair extensions, as well as ensuring all clients at Ibiza Hair receive the best service in the industry.

A sought after colour specialist with fine attention to detail, Adrian is a master of his craft. He has trained extensively with both Schwarzkopf and L'Oreal and was the deserved winner of the 2016 Hair Expo Australia Colour Technician of the Year award & 2015 I.H.S Colour Technician of the Year.

Beginning his career in Adelaide a decade ago, he has since brought his experience and expertise to Melbourne. Working alongside Michael he has quickly developed a loyal following at Ibiza Hair.

Adrian thrives on his ability to create beautiful work that inspires others and cultivates curiosity. His passion for colour and creative technique stems from creating hair colour that has a commercial wearability and appeal, something that is perfect for salon clients.

Adrian enjoys his role as Technical and Education Director at Ibiza and as an educator with Schwarzkopf and has been a part of the Schwarzkopf Hair Expo team which saw him present "BLONDE ME" live on stage.

Alicia

Alicia is a dedicated Hair stylist with a love for learning and all things hair. With a great attitude and growing skill set, she’s committed to making every client feel their best.She specialises in Hair Extensions and if you want to see this young gun in action jump onto the Ibiza hair
